COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVIES

By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms.
These Terms apply to all commissions.
This covers payment, deadlines, usage rights, and communication.DEADLINES & REFUNDS
• Usual completion time is 1 to 7 days. Maximum deadline is one month. If any extraordinary circumstances occur deadline could be prolonged. If a commision takes me more than one month to finish a full refund can be demanded.
• During autumn and winter in Ukraine r*ssia destroys electricity which I need to work so drawings might take more time.ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
• First come - first serve: if im already working on other commisions you will have to wait for me to come around to your order. I will tell you your place in queue, and if your commision is an emergency you can pay fee of 15 $ to become first in queue.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason before payment is sent.COMMUNICATION POLICY
Communication regarding commision will be through email and discord.
This includes:
• references
• clarifications
• approvals
• client is responsible for providing accurate references, spelling, design details, and specifications prior to sketch approval. Errors discovered after approval may require a paid revision.PAYMENT
• Payment is required after agreeing upon sketch.
• I take payment through PayPal or direct transfer to Monobank card.
• After I have started working on the commission refund by request is impossible. I value my time and you should always consider all factors that might influence you before ordering a commision.
• If I am unable to finish the project or have reached deadline of one month for whatever reason you are entitled to 100% refund upon request.DIGITAL USE RIGHTS (PERSONAL USE)
• I reserve the right to post any of my art on my socials, portfolio, or examples for future commisions. By request any post with your commision can be watermarked.
• Do not heavily edit my art(eg: putting hate speech, or anything gross). Edits with some filters or color adjusting is fine. If you post the edited variation always tell about the changes.
Personal use includes:
• social media profile pictures
• banners
• non-monetized blogs
• personal server icons
• private prints/merch for yourself
• just having your cool art!
Personal use does NOT include monetized platforms without commercial license.COMMERCIAL LICENSE POLICY (+100%)
Any monetized, revenue-generating, promotional, resale, or business use requires a Commercial License Add-On.
Commercial license cost is +100% of the total commission price.If money is being made directly or indirectly from the artwork’s use, it is commercial.
If you're not sure - ask.The Commercial Usage grants:
• Non-exclusive usage rights
• Monetized digital usage
• Marketing use
• Print production rights
It does NOT grant:
• Copyright ownership
• Resale of raw files
• AI dataset inclusion, this is explicitly prohibited• FINISH
